The Wedding Industry Awards 2020 – Highly Commended
After being shortlisted as a Regional Finalist earlier this year, we were delighted to be awarded Regional Highly Commended in the annual finals of the prestigious 2020 Wedding Industry Awards (TWIA).
Recognising and Rewarding Excellence in the Wedding Industry, TWIA was set up to recognise excellent wedding suppliers and to help anyone organising a wedding find the best in the industry.
For the 2020 Award, entrants invited their wedding clients who were married between 10.10.18 and 09.10.19 to vote for them on the Awards website. Voters (wedding clients) could only vote for entrants that they had personally used for their own weddings. Each entrant was scored out of 10 over 7 criteria areas giving a mark out of 70 and voters also added their own comments and feedback on the products and services received.
Regional shortlists were created using the average voter scores of each entrant and an independent judging panel of industry experts then selected the overall winners in each category.
The regional and highly commended winners were announced and presented live on stage at a series of 8 regional awards events in November.

The TWIA South Central Regional Awards event took place on Tuesday the 26th of November at the beautiful 14th Century Tythe Barn in Launton in Bicester.
The Awards were preceded with welcoming drinks and canapes. Winners in each category were announced live on stage!
A really fantastic evening and a great way to finish the busy wedding season, with lots of opportunity to catch up with some of the suppliers we’ve enjoyed working with in South Central throughout the year and to meet new ones (#TWIA20SC)
Many thanks to all of our wedding couples who voted and supported us with your amazing comments and to the Wedding Industry Awards and judging panel who made this possible.
